UNDER THE VOLCANO
The People of Indonesia who live under the Volcano Mount Merapi believe that their Ancestors will alert them when to move.
This is what my Ancestors have told me to tell you.
As we are living on the cusp of a New World, and the climate is obviously trying to warn us of, perhaps,
an "unpredictable future",
it would be a good idea to think about what I was told, and take action, as you see fit.

I am aware GOOGLE intends to pay $10 Million for the winners of this contest. If I were to win, I would like to purchase 450 AQUAPONIC SYSTEMS, and distribute them throughout all 50 states.
For those who are unfamiliar with AQUAPONICS, it is an "integrated system of fish and hydroponic vegetables".

Tomatoes, spinach, lettuce and other vegetables can grown with no soil and without extra fertilizers, as the fish and vegetables "feed" each other.
The outcome of this relationship is considered to be "the most intensive food production system" in the world.

With AQUAPOINICS, you can naturally raise fish and vegetables in a dynamic, recirculating system that uses less water than traditional farming methods. In these systems, crops are grown without pesticides, herbicides or manufactured fertilizers.

The systems are about $20,000 each and can feed thousands of people. I would like to put these systems in High Schools throughout the country, which will teach students, parents and the community at large about this intensive food production system.
